The VBS' annual members' party and its 2011 membership drive will be held at the popular "Return to Harpo's" venue in the Upstairs Cabaret nightclub on Sunday September 19.
This is a free event for new and existing members. No tickets are required and current members are encouraged to bring friends who will be able to buy an annual membership at the door for $20. Membership in the Victoria Blues Society includes a subscription to the weekly This Week in Blues e-newsletter.
Auntie Kate & the Uncles of Funk have been a favorite of Victoria live music audiences for more than a decade.
McKinley Wolf brings together blues veterans Bill Gagne & Dallas Harlen, guitar, Ian Walls on bass, and
Ed Bauer, drums. The band enjoyed an enthusiastic reception at this year's Blues Bash.

Tickets: FREE with a current membership card. $20 annual memberships will be available at the door.
