Vancouver pop rockers Marianas Trench have announced a cross-Canada tour, with very special guests Down With Webster and Anami Vice, kicking off in Barrie, ON on October 12th. Tickets are on sale Friday, August 17th at 10am from www.livenation.com. Complete tour listing below.

Marianas Trench have built their name on relentless touring and engagement with their fans through social media, while chart-busting singles such as “Celebrity Status”, “Good To You”, “Fallout”, and “Haven’t Had Enough” have ruled airwaves and online plays. Industry accolades in the form of awards and nominations have been sweet, but nothing can trump the first love of performing in front of a live audience.

The band released Ever After, the follow-up to their Platinum-certified Masterpiece Theatre in 2011. The album was produced by vocalist-guitarist Josh Ramsay and recorded at his studio, Umbrella Factory, in Richmond, BC.

With Ever After guitarist Matt Webb, bassist Mike Ayley, drummer Ian Casselman, and Ramsay set out to stretch their imaginations further than the high concepts of Masterpiece Theatre. The album has garnered several award nominations including Juno Pop Album of the Year, while “Fallout” was awarded Pop Video of the Year and Cinematography of the Year at the 2012 MuchMusic Video Awards.

Originating from a seventh grade music class assignment, the genre-bending six-piece band Down With Webster has since come a long way, selling hundreds of thousands of singles and touring extensively, helping to build a fervent fan base and finally releasing Time To Win, Vol. II, their first full length album and a follow up to 2009's EP, Time To Win, Vol. 1. DWW were nominated for Best New Artist at the Juno Awards in 2010, and then for Pop Album of the Year in 2011 where their performance opened the show to rave reviews and huge TV ratings. With hits like “Whoa Is Me”, “She’s Dope”, and “Big Wheels”, concertgoers can expect a high energy show filled with passion, excitement and a few surprises.
